Bishop McElroy Leads Multicultural Mass

More than a dozen ethnic Catholic communities of the San Diego Diocese will celebrate their faith in an outdoor Mass, followed by a multicultural festival.
Those on hand will be able to share each community’s culture and Catholic history, including sampling their traditional food and music, all free of charge. Participants include the Commissions for Catholic Hispanics, African Americans, Filipinos, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Guamanian, Samoan, Tongan, Indian, among other cultures united by the Catholic faith.
